You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you provide. Dawn of Night may revise these Terms, including revenue sharing percentages, AI service fees, and subscription prices, at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. We will never apply increased fees retroactively to completed sales or already‑purchased credit packs / subscriptions. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawn of Night and its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
